Get the Classroom Kit for This Class Can Save the Planet

When we created, This Class Can Save the Planet, we wanted it to be more than just a picture book. We wanted it to be a resource for teachers, educators, and parents who are looking to talk to their kids about recycling, sustainability, and climate change. This is why we put together this classroom kit with worksheets and free Earth Day activities. Here’s what you’ll find:

Within the worksheets, you’ll find recycling worksheets, writing activities, science ideas, and more. We worked with teachers to develop these materials to make sure we were meeting educational standards while also creating items that would work for multiple age groups. We had both teachers in the K-2 space and the 3-6 space helping us out. All the worksheets and additional materials are available for free. The posters and coloring pages are direct art from the book from our talented illustration, Kristen.

Use everything in this kit along with the book or on their own. We hope they provide you some free Earth Day activities and for any other time of the year. They would also be great for setting up good practices at home or at the beginning of a school year.
